FX168財經報社(北美)訊 周五(8月6日)深夜，滴滴出行在微博回應，近期有關“滴滴將數據權讓渡第三方、引入大股東以及退市”等市場傳聞均為不實信息。
據彭博稍早援引知情人士說，滴滴正在考慮放棄對其最有價值數據的控制，以解決中國監管部門對其在美國有爭議的首次公開募股(IPO)后所展開的調查。

這些知情人士表示，這家叫車巨頭已經提出了一系列建議，以安撫強大的互聯網行業監管機構，包括將其數據的管理交給私人第三方。這些知情人士在談論內部討論時要求不具名。其中一位知情人士說，監管機構已經暗示，希望第三方由國家控制。
此外，路透社周五援引未具名消息人士的話報道稱，滴滴正在進行談判，可能會將其數據的控制權交給一家中國政府所有的公司。

根據谷歌Finance提供的市場數據，截至美東時間周五上午11點，滴滴全球的美國存托憑證在紐約證券交易所的交易價格為每股9.44美元，在滴滴發表微博聲明后一度轉跌，而稍早一度上漲4.5%。該股于6月30日上市，發行價約為每股14美元，7月26日跌至每股8美元。

在滴滴44億美元的首次公開募股之前，中國國家互聯網信息辦公室的監管機構就表達了他們的擔憂。
滴滴擁有4.93億活躍用戶，每年有1500萬活躍用戶，截至2021年3月的12個月里，日均交易量達到4100萬筆。
2016年，優步將其中國業務出售給滴滴，以換取滴滴20%的股份和10億美元現金。據報道，優步現在是滴滴的第二大股東，持有12%的股份。最大的股東是軟銀。
